It is a pleasure to be able to provide the following resource information to you via the Internet. I trust it will prove an invaluable asset. The information was originally compiled in July-September 1999 and was published in December 1999 by the Families Count Mentoring Initiative. Credit for the initial work goes to Sherry Blevins who did much of the actual resource gathering, as well as, Paula Patterson and Algina Sizemore who made contributions. The Bell County League of Women Voters provided collaboration on community resource information as well. A few additions have been made to the Bell County resources list that did not appear in the original publication, and several organizations are no longer in existence. Despite our efforts to check all the information herein, we are sure some mistakes will be located. Please let us know when we need to verify information by sending an email to us here.
